“Being an SHN Member is the only thing I do that I’m sort of religious about. There’s nothing quite like seeing real people presenting an extraordinary story when they’re only feet away from you.”

Robert Eves – SHN Member for 35 years…and counting

SHN is the preeminent theatrical entertainment company in the Bay Area, bringing live entertainment experiences to San Francisco’s premier venues. SHN presents current hits fresh from Broadway, original Broadway cast productions, pre-Broadway premieres and one-of-a-kind events that are at the forefront of the national theater scene.

David Cushing
VP, Ticketing

As Vice President, Ticketing, David oversees SHN Audience Services. SHN Audience Services, launched in 2010, was a result of David's vision to bring all ticketing operations for SHN back in-house.  He spear-headed the entire project including the RFP process, designing the Call Center space and operations. During his tenure with SHN, David has worked in all areas of ticketing—moving from processing telephone orders, to box office sales, and then subscription fulfillment. In 1998, he transitioned to theatre operations and became House Manager for the Golden Gate Theatre. This position gave him a full view of day-to-day, internal and external activities, and a valued perspective on the theater patron. This diverse experience at SHN affords David a fresh point of view to his challenging role as VP, Ticketing.
