SHN is looking for energetic, passionate people to provide top-notch customer service to our Broadway audiences at the SHN Orpheum and SHN Golden Gate Theatres during the holidays. Excellent customer service and communication skills are a must. Ushers must be able to stand on their feet for long periods of time, read and comprehend printed tickets, be able to lift up to 25lbs, assist patrons to their seats, and communicate clearly to effectively provide directions and information about the theatre. Ushers must be: team players, self-motivated, and able to work in crowds and stressful situations. Flexible shifts include evenings and weekends.
